With experience working globally, he has honed his expertise in supply management processes, making him a global supply chain and operations leader.
Stéphane holds an MBA from UQAM University and is a certified professional logistician from the Canadian Logistics Institute. His strong academic background and professional certifications underpin his strategic leadership and ability to build strong international partnerships.
Isabelle Pilon

Isabelle brings experience in Procurement, Technology, and Business Process Optimization. Fluent in French, English, and Spanish, she has continuously operated internationally, including working with Asia. Isabelle’s linguistic skills and cultural understanding enhance her operational management capabilities in a global context.
Isabelle holds a law degree from Ottawa University and an MBA from Laval University, which equip her with a strong foundation in legal and business disciplines. This unique combination of education allows her to navigate complex business environments and drive effective process optimizations.

With more than 25 years of experience in retail, with notified European laboratories, inspection companies, and technology solution providers in France and China, Blaise offers extensive expertise in quality and sustainability within the European market.
As a HEI Engineering graduate, he has built a career at the intersection of technical know-how and strategic execution. This background allows him to understand the operational and compliance challenges that brands and retailers face throughout their value chains.
Blaise assists companies in creating and executing effective processes and strategies, providing practical solutions to complex industrial, quality, and sustainability challenges.
